Please inform us of your time of arrival and flight no. We will have representatives at the Changi International Airport to receive you if you let us know in advance.

if you are coming from across the Malaysia-Singapore causeway, please give us an estimate time when you will arrive in Singapore and whether you need directions from Woodlands/Tuas causeway to conference venue( woodlands causeway is nearer, though traffic is usually more congested)
