(Bilateral Relationships Initiated and Developed through Global Expeditions)

Every step outside is a new world of discovery and possibilities. With the motto of "going global, thinking local" in mind, we set forth to build bilateral relationships with our AIESEC Alumni counterparts in other parts of the world, bridging the world to us and ourselves to the rest of the world.

BRIDGE China

AIESEC Mainland China was just received membership status from Aiesec International. At the same time, more and more of our Singapore alumni are moving to China to work. Hence, we decided to embark on a trip to Beijing and Shanghai in Dec 2002, to visit the various LCs in mainland China. During the trip, we stayed with our alumni who are working there, and attended AIESEC Mainland China's first ever alumni gathering, and a few of their trainees' parties. We are still keeping in close contact with our alumni in China, and sharing our experience with the AIESEC members there on how to grow an alumni community.

BRIDGE MALAYSIA 2003

AIESEC Malaysia Alumni Protem Committee just formed about a year ago and they organized their first ever alumni national reunion dinner. To show our support and to network with our nearest neighbours, a group of approximately 10 representatives from Singapore went to take part in this event and network with the Malaysian alumni.

Project B.R.I.D.G.E. Hong Kong 2006

Discover Hong Kong in a total new way!

Join us as we make an expedition trip to Hong Kong, where you can eat, shop and play to your hearts' delight, and at the same time, get in-depth and unique cultural experience through interactions with AIESECers and AIESEC alumni from Hong Kong.

Tentatively the trip will be sometime between April to June 2006.
